Miley, formerly known as Nina, was one of the first graduates of the PAWS prison program, Cycle 1. She was placed into foster with our new PAWS trainer, Kayla, and her family in December of 2017. Miley spent 4 months “searching” for forever, but really, she knew she was already home all along! She just had to wait for the humans to catch up! 😉 Kayla and her family adopted the wiggly Ms. Miley officially in April of 2018. She now has 3 fur-siblings and one small human, plus both Kayla and her husband, John, to love on her for the rest of her life! They have also decided that Miley will be an advocate for her breed by starting training to become Kayla’s service dog! We are so excited to see Miley succeed and become a wonderful example of what all the PAWS dogs can achieve, plus we love seeing dogs find their forever family! Yay Miley!
